In November last year, Gebhardt took one step further in globalisation and internationalisation and officially introduced a global matrix organisation. In my opinion, this is a very important step while expanding fast internationally. As one of the Directors of Project Management at Gebhardt, having team members from different countries (Poland, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Spain, France & Germany), it was essential to ensure full integration of the team into the Gebhardt Group. Therefore, last week we organised an international Project Management Workshop at our HQ in Sinsheim. The key task was to introduce colleagues to the new processes, tools, and most importantly, key personnel at the HQ. We also had very valuable insights and discussions with colleagues from different departments. We ended this great week with an intense Project Planning Workshop. I would like to thank my colleagues Philipp S., Tobias Vetter , Gero Bockelmann , Kai Teufel, Robin Karrer, Sebastian Dietz, Jonas Lehmann, Daniela Stirn & Andreas Hooge for the time they dedicated and the very interesting discussions and presentations.
