My Visibility Journey A few weeks ago, I decided to become more intentional about showing up on LinkedIn. Not for vanity metrics. Not for popularity. But to share my voice, my experiences, and my passion for education. Before Before this journey, I spent more time consuming content than creating it. I had ideas to share, but I often second-guessed myself. "Will anyone find this valuable?" "Do I have enough expertise to post?" Those questions kept me silent. During Then I committed to showing up consistently. I started sharing my thoughts, lessons from teaching, and observations about education. Some posts gained traction. Some didn't. But every post helped me grow in confidence and clarity. After Today, I am more comfortable sharing my perspective. I've connected with inspiring educators and professionals. Most importantly, I've realized that visibility is not about being seen by everyone—it's about reaching the people who need your message. Lesson Growth happens when you stop waiting for perfection. Consistency builds confidence. Visibility creates opportunities. And your voice matters more than you think. What's Next? I will keep learning, sharing, and contributing to conversations that matter. This is only the beginning. What has your visibility journey taught you? #21DaysofLinkedInVisibilitywithTEH #21DaysofLinkedInVisibilitywithTMT #LinkedInForChangebringers
