Safety professionals, let’s talk about this. While this vehicle offloading was reportedly completed successfully, looking at this video from an HSE perspective raises immediate flags. Beyond the obvious manual lifting/holding of live loads and improvised ramps, look closely at the environment there is an open drainage ditch right next to the active working area.
