For years, I was asleep. I had the pedigree and walked out of a prestigious institution and masters program at the Institute of Petroleum and Energy Studies into Baker Hughes as an MWD Field Engineer. But “good at my job” became my entire identity. My goal was learn the role and move through the program but the industry was evolving around me and I was watching from the inside of a wellbore😃 In 2024, I made a shift. A Remote LWD role that gave me Balance, Clarity ,Business Insight,Global Reach, and I finally asked myself : How far does my capacity actually go? Months later, In the true spirit of LinkedIn I am glad to say: “I am happy to Share that…” 😄 I am a Project Management Institute Certified Project Management Professional. Weeks of intensive study. Years of Drilling and Remote Drilling experience finally given a framework. A certification that doesn’t just validate what I know but opens the door to what’s next. Well Engineering , Drilling Project Coordination, Operations Management,Process Improvement and Strategic leadership. Impacting The energy industry not just from inside a wellbore, but from the front of the room. Napoleon Hill said it best: “Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”
