š ADE - Evidence for Better Policy conducted a learning and strategic reflection exercise on the šššš ššØšÆšš«š§šš§šš š¢š§ ššš«š¢šš (DGA) initiative implemented by Enabel under the ššāšš šš¢š š¢ššš„ ššØšØš©šš«ššš¢šØš§ šš«šš¦šš°šØš«š¤. The study focused on the technical support provided by Enabel and its partners, Brink and The Engine Room, to help scale sustainable and human-centred digital solutions across sectors such as agriculture, health, climate resilience, water management, and displacement. šš§š š¤šš² ššš¤ššš°šš²: supporting innovation is not only about funding. It is also about creating the time, space, and support needed for experimentation, learning, and scaling. šš”š š¬šš®šš² š”š¢š š”š„š¢š š”ššš š¢š§ š©šš«šš¢šš®š„šš«: ā”ļø the importance of combining financial support with tailored technical assistance on data governance, business models, and scaling pathways; ā”ļø the strong added value of peer learning and cross-learning dynamics between innovators across countries and sectors; ā”ļø the need to better align innovation ambitions with funding timelines and operational realities; ā”ļø the critical role of ecosystem partnerships and institutional engagement to strengthen sustainability and scaling potential.
