Quite possibly the only person on LinkedIn who isn’t a “results-orientated team player with excellent interpersonal skills."
Last week, I threw a match — and El Paso caught FIRE. I wrote about why this city is poised for explosive growth, and the response blew me away. El Pasoans from every corner of this community flooded my inbox with ideas, dreams, and a level of passion that made one thing crystal clear: WE ARE READY. So I got to work. I took every idea, every vision, every "what if" — and I built something real. ELEVEN. Aggressive, transformative, game-changing opportunities that could fundamentally reshape El Paso forever. Not vague concepts — actual plans. With cost and revenue estimates. Job creation numbers. Real timelines. This is what it looks like when a city gets serious about its future. But here's what keeps me up at night: none of this happens on its own. It happens when RESIDENTS refuse to accept the status quo. It happens when COMMUNITY LEADERS stop playing it safe and start playing to win. It happens when ELECTED OFFICIALS and DEVELOPERS look at this city — this beautiful, gritty, unstoppable city — and say "yes, let's GO." El Paso doesn't need to become a world-class city. El Pasoans already know it IS one. We just need to make the rest of the world see what we see. The time is NOW. Let's build something legendary.
