Otto by Workato is the best teammate! It’s following up on my customer meetings, and prepping for the next ones. Here’s how I’m using Otto right now to track everything after a customer meeting across call notes in Gong, details in Salesforce, email and slack. Otto uses Workato Enteprise MCP so it’s got access to everything it needs, on my behalf. Because Otto schedules itself, it will follow up for a month on every engagement to make sure they are on track.
