There’s something about getting out in the country and slowing everything down that just hits different. This week I’m up in Hartwell, Georgia, taking Sully on our usual two-mile walk. No leash. No poop bags. No traffic. No people. Just squirrels & deer (don’t worry, we don’t catch em!) Don’t get me wrong. I love Charleston. I love everything our city gives our kids. Sports, parks, restaurants, friends… it’s home. But being 20mins from any store is kinda nice. (Lots of clear thinking out here!) Hope y’all get a chance to unplug a little this week.
