I had to share this. Matt Firestone posted yesterday about their experience with Apollo’s support team while building a campaign. They asked to speak with a human… waited all of 15 seconds… and Gustavo Cabrera jumped in. Not only did he solve the issue, he recorded videos on the spot to walk through the workflow step-by-step. "It was the smoothest support experience they’ve had in seven years of using sales tools." This is the bar we’re setting at Apollo. Fast. Clear. Human.
