I sat down with Apollo's new CFO (Welcome, Phil Moon!) for an interview with Revenue Brew and  genuinely it was one of the more honest conversations I've had publicly about how we're actually building this thing. A few things worth pulling out: → We didn't chase enterprise, we waited for it to pull us. 400% growth in enterprise accounts last year was the result of patience first, conviction second. Most teams get that order backwards. → The CRO/CFO partnership is the most underleveraged relationship in GTM. Phil owns resource optimization and I own deployment. Where we meet is shared ownership of the outcome. → On AI – I want to automate everything I can. Research, signals, workflows etc. but the highest conversions still come from a human on the phone.
