Uzbekistan continues to strengthen its partnership with the international investment community On June 18, the plenary session of the Foreign Investors Council under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan was held under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, bringing together executives of international financial institutions, global companies, and investor councils from across Central Asia and the Caucasus. This year, Council members submitted 120 proposals covering investment policy, taxation, financial sector development, energy, artificial intelligence, and the digital economy. It was an honour for Acwa to be represented at the session by Abid Malik, President for Central Asia.
