Good Senior Project Engineers are like gold dust at the minute, but we’re an ambitious bunch in Ethos and actively hiring for our Data Centres team. Looking for someone with real data centre experience who can lead a project without needing their hand held, coach and mentor staff naturally, and deliver to the high standards our clients expect, while still being good craic to work with. If you're senior enough to run your own project but still stuck reviewing someone else's drawings, this is that move. We're a multi-office team, so location can flex to suit you. Ethos has been adding people and projects steadily, with room to grow into more senior roles as that continues. Hybrid working, a 9-day fortnight, pension, and chartership support are part of it too.
