Some of the most meaningful impact begins with a simple introduction. This week I had the privilege of being invited by Eddie Bullock ... PGA, a highly respected leader and mentor in golf, to join a conversation with an inspiring group of accomplished women from across the industry. A heartfelt thank you to Eddie for his open-minded and inclusive approach to bringing people together in such a thoughtful way. His commitment to helping people and his passion for encouraging and promoting women in golf through genuine connections, meaningful conversations, and shared experiences, are making a real difference to the industry. I left feeling inspired by the passion, leadership, achievements and diverse perspectives around the table. Each person brought a unique story, and listening to their journeys reinforced how valuable it is to create more opportunities for women to connect, share knowledge, and champion one another's ambitions. One of the biggest takeaways was the reminder that meaningful change often starts with small actions: making an introduction, asking a thoughtful question, sharing knowledge, offering encouragement, opening a door, or simply taking the time to listen. Golf is so much more than a game. It builds relationships, creates opportunities, and brings together people who are passionate about making a positive difference.
