🇦🇷 Most people don’t know this about me… I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Although I’ve spent almost all my life in the United States building my career, my love for Argentina has always remained a part of who I am. This year was especially meaningful because, for the first time in my life, I had the opportunity to attend several FIFA World Cup matches in person. Experiencing the passion, energy, and pride of fans from around the world was something I’ll never forget. Now, I can’t wait for Sunday’s World Cup Final between Argentina and Spain. Watching this tournament has reminded me how much elite sports and business have in common. Championships aren’t won by one superstar. They’re won by teams that share a vision, trust one another, prepare relentlessly, communicate, and put the team ahead of themselves. Talent may win moments, but teamwork, leadership, discipline, and culture win championships. The same is true in business.
