When we think of a World Cup, we think of football, vibrating stadiums, the crowd's energy, goosebumps, and the thrill of an entire planet united by the same passion. Experiencing it is unforgettable! 🌍⚽ But experiencing it from the inside out, as part of the Business Integrity team, was next-level. It gave me a completely new and profound perspective on what it truly takes to make an event of this magnitude possible. Because behind a global sponsorship, there is an entire universe moving at a million miles an hour: activations, gifting and hospitality, invitations to key events, and strategic decisions made in seconds. The real challenge isn’t just managing risks, but being a business enabler that allows to move forward with confidence and speed. And that is exactly when I remembered, more powerfully than ever, why I am so passionate about what I do! 🔥 Business Integrity isn’t there to stop ideas; it’s there to make them happen the right way. Our mission is to enable the business to execute ambitious plans with integrity, protecting the reputation of our company and brands, and building trusting relationships with every customer and consumer. Seeing multidisciplinary teams absolutely crushing it toward a shared goal taught me a great lesson: a business's success isn’t just measured by the impact of its campaigns, but by the ethics with which they are brought to life.
