Every conversation with trading educators /Coaches reinforces the same message. The industry doesn’t lack passionate educators. It lacks the infrastructure to help them deliver an even better experience for traders. On Tuesday, I had the privilege of speaking with Øyvind Borgsø , whose focus on trading psychology and coaching really resonated with me. We discussed how discipline, mindset and consistent processes are often the biggest differentiators between traders who succeed and those who don’t.
