This is where it gets genuinely useful. Once your project tool and your marketing tool can talk to each other, the manual handoffs disappear. Here's a simple workflow that works whether your project tool is Asana or ClickUp. A lead fills out a form. ActiveCampaign tags them and starts a nurture sequence automatically. When that lead becomes a client, ActiveCampaign triggers a task to be created in Asana or ClickUp, like "Send onboarding welcome email" or "Schedule kickoff call." No one has to remember to create that task manually. As the project moves through its stages in Asana or ClickUp, key milestones, like "Contract signed" or "Project delivered," can trigger the next email sequence in ActiveCampaign automatically. A thank you email, a request for a testimonial, an upsell offer, all sent without anyone touching a keyboard. You can connect these two directly using their native integrations, or through a connector tool like Zapier or Make if you want more control over the logic. The point isn't to automate everything on day one. Start with the one handoff that currently wastes the most time, and connect just that. What's the one manual handoff between your sales work and your project work that you'd love to eliminate? Tell me below. #Asana #ClickUp #ActiveCampaign #Automation #WorkflowDesign #BusinessSystems #Zapier #Productivity #CareerGrowth
