A little over twelve months ago I walked away from a council CEO chair to fix the system from outside it. I’ve been quiet on LinkedIn for a while over the last few months, not because I had nothing to say. Because I’ve been smashed and inundated onbaording so many new clients. Today, 10 Queensland councils and 1 in WA are live on our platform (with more in trials right now accros NSW and TAS). Voice, chat, SMS, enabling resident communication 24*7. Consistently. Every channel. Every day. No wrapper, no gimmick. Deterministic architecture built to be trusted, not a LLM guessing its way through a resident’s problem or saying something you didn’t approve. Ever. The number I’m proudest of most? Our Afterhours solution has already triaged over 2000 calls and escalated 300+ serious issues across councils since just July 1. At any hour without the need for human intervention. Funny thing about the first six months of building something real. It’s not the tech that tests you. It’s finding out who was only ever around for the version of you that wasn’t threatening anything.
