Some business leaders inspire not only through their success, but through the values they represent. Ana Botín and Juan Roig are, in my view, outstanding role models of modern entrepreneurship. They demonstrate that long-term vision, innovation, resilience, and a genuine commitment to people are the foundations of sustainable success. Ana Botín has shown how a global financial institution can embrace transformation while maintaining a clear strategic vision and strong sense of responsibility. Juan Roig has built Mercadona into one of Europe’s most admired companies by focusing relentlessly on customers, continuous improvement, and investing in people. Their leadership proves that business excellence and social responsibility are not mutually exclusive—they reinforce each other. My sincere respect and admiration for two exceptional entrepreneurs whose leadership continues to inspire people around the world.
