⸻ “Stop being afraid of what might go wrong, and start being excited about what might go right.” This quote resonates with me now more than ever. Throughout my career, every meaningful opportunity came with uncertainty. Whether it was leading major commercial renovations, presenting bold design concepts to clients, or recently stepping into my role as Design Director, growth has always required the courage to move forward before having all the answers. In design, we don’t create inspiring spaces by playing it safe. We create them by embracing possibilities, challenging conventional thinking, and believing in a vision that others may not see yet. The same mindset applies to leadership. Great things happen when we stop focusing on the risks and start focusing on the opportunities. Today, I choose excitement over fear, growth over comfort, and possibility over doubt.
