A few weeks ago, I took on a challenge that turned out to be way bigger than I imagined. I built Myra — an AI assistant for MyDeepTech. 🤖 MyDeep Technologies LTD The brief was simple: help attend to our freelancers’ requests. In reality, it became something far beyond that. Myra now lives in two places: → Our Slack community of 1,200+ members → Live on the MyDeepTech dashboard as our customer support agent to over 3500+ users So whether a member is in Slack or logged into the platform, Myra is right there answering the questions people ask every day: → How do I check my application status? → Where do I find my AI interview? → What’s happening with my payment? → How do I locate a specific project or assessment? Instead of waiting on a human to respond, users get accurate, instant answers, anytime, on whichever platform they’re on. Under the hood: built on the DeepSeek API, trained on a custom knowledge bank of the MyDeepTech platform. So Myra doesn’t just sound smart, she actually knows how our ecosystem works. Watching real people get real help from something I built has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey. 💚 We’re just getting started , and I’m now exploring what it looks like to bring Myra to other platforms and communities.
