✨ One of the greatest privileges of working in Medical Affairs is the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with exceptional colleagues who share a passion for advancing our profession. I am incredibly proud to share our latest publication in the Journal of the Medical Science Liaison Society: "Strategic MSL–KOL Partnerships: Beyond Relationship Building – A Framework Informed by Real-World Practice" https://lnkd.in/gpKN5sAT This article was truly a team effort. I want to express my sincere gratitude to each of my co-authors. Thank you, Justin Pykare, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, NI-BC, for generously sharing your perspectives, challenging one another's thinking, and contributing your real-world experiences. The thoughtful discussions throughout this project made the final publication stronger, and I am grateful to have learned from each of you. Here are a few pearls from the article that resonate most with me: ✨ The strongest MSL–KOL partnerships are built on scientific credibility, trust, and a shared commitment to improving patient care—not simply on relationships alone. ✨ The most meaningful scientific exchange begins with listening. Understanding a healthcare professional's needs creates opportunities for collaboration that generate value for patients, providers, and the broader healthcare community. ✨ The role of the MSL continues to evolve—from trusted scientific expert to strategic partner who helps shape evidence generation, medical strategy, and innovation across the healthcare ecosystem. These principles have guided my own career, from serving as an MSL to leading field medical teams, and they continue to reinforce why I believe authentic scientific partnerships remain at the heart of Medical Affairs. Thank you again to my co-authors for your partnership, expertise, and friendship throughout this journey.
