Three cities. One week. ClickUp's The Table series wrapped its Texas tour with back to back nights in Houston and Dallas. Georgia James. The Woolworth. Two very different rooms, one shared undercurrent: "How do we adopt AI without compromising security, governance, or trust?" Privacy dominated the Houston table and carried straight into Dallas the next night: → Leaders caught between speed of adoption and weight of compliance → Security teams don't want to be the department that says "no."
