🧪 It's QA Monday! Every Monday is a reminder that quality isn't something we add at the end it's something we build into every stage of software development. As Quality Assurance Engineers, our job goes far beyond finding bugs. We ask the difficult questions before customers do. We validate assumptions, challenge requirements, assess risks, and ensure every release delivers real value to users. A few principles I strive to live by as a QA professional: ✅ Understand the business before testing the feature. ✅ Test the happy path, then challenge every edge case. ✅ Every bug report should be clear, reproducible, and actionable. ✅ Quality is everyone's responsibility, but QA champions it. ✅ Don't just verify that it works—validate that it solves the right problem. One lesson that has shaped my approach is this: A bug caught during requirements review saves far more time and cost than one found in production. Great QA isn't about slowing releases; it's about enabling teams to ship with confidence. As I continue growing into senior and lead QA responsibilities, I'm intentionally deepening my knowledge in: Test Strategy & Planning API Testing Test Automation (Playwright & Cypress) CI/CD Quality Gates Performance & Security Testing Quality Leadership & Mentoring Here's to another week of building reliable software, collaborating with great teams, and continuously improving the quality of the products we deliver. Happy QA Monday! 🚀 #QAMonday #QualityAssurance #SoftwareTesting #QualityEngineering #QAEngineer #SoftwareQuality #TestAutomation #ManualTesting #APITesting #Cypress #Playwright #Agile #Scrum #BugHunting #ContinuousTesting #DevOps #TechCareers #SoftwareDevelopment #QualityFirst #LinkedInTech
