The audacity and capability of individuals to invoke the names and reputations of international development agencies and governments — including Finland, the Netherlands, France and Spain — and individuals like the Rothschild and institutions like African Development Bank a fund size of approximately €84 million, and then use that perceived legitimacy to fabricate false allegations, misinformation and defamatory accusations against me, with the aim of taking over my property and life’s work worth over GHS 18,000,000 then for nothing, is truly shocking and mind blowing. Equally disturbing is the use of state apparatus by self-proclaimed top-notch lawyers Ace Anan Ankomah and Nania Owusu Ankomah — described as one of the 500 best lawyers in the world, the two best litigators in Ghana 2026, and a member and vice-president of London Court of international arbitration center — to pursue this agenda. In my view, their conduct is not only criminal but goes far beyond what any reasonable person would expect from professionals of their standing. It is appalling to see such persons deploy puppets and proxies like Charles Adu Frempong and Anthony Prince Obeng to formulate false allegations against an innocent person, apparently with the goal of having him imprisoned in order to seize his properties.
