ML and genetics @ Cambridge | Neuroscience @ Caltech

I am delighted to announce that I have completed my BA in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge with a double First, ranking 2nd in my cohort with a specialisation in Genetics. In particular, I would like to thank Dr Charlotte Houldcroft and Dr Aylwyn Scally for supervising my thesis on the statistical inference of viral ancestral recombination graphs, which won the J.M. Thoday Prize for the best undergraduate research project in genetics. Thank you so much to my supervision partners, lab partners, supervisors, and everyone else who has supported me over the last three years! I'm now at Caltech, working on mathematical models of neuronal recovery that may extend to artificial neural networks. I'm pleased to continue my work at the intersection of neuroscience and machine learning, and am excited to announce what's next!
