When people hear Employee Advocacy, they often think about LinkedIn. I think about people. Over the past few years, I've had the privilege of working with hundreds of ambassadors around the world, and one thing has become very clear to me: the biggest transformation rarely happens on social media. My favorite part has never been the posts themselves. It's watching someone who was convinced they had nothing valuable to say slowly realize that their everyday experiences can inspire, teach, or help someone else. Once that shift happens, everything else becomes much easier. That's why I enjoyed this conversation with Michał Szewczyk and Weronika Niemierka so much. We talked about ambassador programs, community building, engagement, and why I believe every employee is already an ambassador. A good Employee Advocacy program doesn't create ambassadors—it simply gives people the confidence, skills, and space to become more intentional about sharing their own experiences. I'm grateful for the invitation and for the opportunity to share not only what we've built at Danfoss, but also the philosophy behind it. If you're curious about Employee Advocacy, Employer Branding, or building communities that put people first, I hope you'll enjoy the conversation. And if you do listen, I'd love to hear which part resonates with you the most. #EmployerBranding #EmployeeAdvocacy #CommunityBuilding
