Looking for peers? There is not just one movement.... An entire ecosystem of changemakers does exist. I visited some. Joined some. Learned from many. What connects them is a collective response to the challenges of our time: climate change, biodiversity loss, polarisation, geopolitical uncertainty, inequality and human rights. These are ecosystems of employees, entrepreneurs, executives, innovators, students and citizens who refuse to stay on the sidelines. People who come together to build a future that is fairer, more sustainable and more resilient. They move beyond a narrow economic perspective and recognise that environmental, social and economic challenges are deeply interconnected. Most rarely make front-page news. But together they form something powerful: an ecosystem of changemakers. A few examples that recently crossed my path (links in the first comment): π Medewerkers voor Onze Toekomst Wouter Lut Arjan Keizer π Her Impact Carolien de Bruin Hanna Verboom Saskia Verbunt π De Groene Afslag Wouter Bakker π Impact Economy Foundation Michel Scholte π TwentyOneHundred (2100) Hanneke van de Vijfeijke π We Are Changemakers π Impactmakers Community Raoul Becher π Top van Onderop Kees Vendrik π Future-Proof Convention / Impact Trade Fair Micha van Hoorn π United Nations Global Compact Merei Wagenaar Nadia Cicek π ... Each approaches change differently. Some focus on leadership. Some on entrepreneurship. Some on employee engagement. Some on community building. Some on rethinking the economy itself. Different paths. Shared ambition. What they seem to have in common is a simple belief: The future is not something that happens to us. It is something we create together. I'd love to learn from others. π Which initiative, community, network, movement or event inspires you? Please add it in the comments so we can continue mapping this ecosystem together. #changemakers #leadership #sustainability #impact #futureofwork #purpose #community #systemsthinking
