Nuclear Reimagined. Delivered.
Every meaningful organization begins with a purpose. For us, that purpose was never simply to create another consulting firm. It was to create the kind of organization we know our nuclear sector increasingly needs. Over many years working across international nuclear markets, I’ve had the opportunity to see how ambitious nuclear programs succeed. Not because one organization has all the answers. But because experienced people work across traditional boundaries to solve complex problems together. Canada is entering one of the most important periods in its nuclear history. New large reactors. SMRs. Microreactors. Fuel cycle expansion. Workforce development. Supply chain growth. Indigenous partnerships. Investment. Every one of these areas represents tremendous opportunity. None of them can succeed in isolation. At the same time, the global nuclear sector is entering a period of renewed growth, ambition, and complexity. Recent work across Canada and international nuclear markets has reinforced something I believe deeply: Canada needs more nuclear, and the international nuclear sector needs more of what Canada can bring. That’s why I’m proud to formally share the launch of N of 1 Energy Corp. alongside David Tanel. We’re building a firm dedicated exclusively to helping organizations navigate the strategic and delivery challenges unique to nuclear, in Canada and internationally. Our experience has taught us that every engagement is different. Every organization has different objectives. Every challenge deserves thoughtful, practical solutions grounded in the realities of this industry. Our focus is on helping align priorities, connect the right people, reduce execution risk, and move from vision and goal-setting to action that drives results. Canada already has an exceptional nuclear ecosystem filled with talented people and outstanding organizations. If N of 1 can help connect a few more dots, solve a few more difficult problems, and accelerate a few more meaningful projects from ambition to outcome, we’ll consider that a worthwhile contribution. I’m excited for what comes next, and even more excited to build it alongside David and the remarkable people across our industry who share this vision.
