𝗪𝗘 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗜𝗧 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡 – 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲! 🚀 Today marks another massive milestone on our digital HR journey: The technical Go-Live of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is complete! This phase was on a completely new scale, integrating nearly 60,000 employees across German Lufthansa companies. The complexity was immense, driven by three core challenges: the harmonization of processes across diverse Business Units, the ambitious simultaneous rollout of two major systems, and the integration of a completely new population group, bringing our cockpit and cabin crews into the system alongside our ground staff. For the past months the teams have worked tirelessly on process design, interaction models, and technical configuration. Through every phase, our focus remained sharp on our two priority goals: lifting efficiencies and improving the Employee Experience. Let’s be honest: Like with any major cutover, there were critical moments right up to the very last seconds, making the final weeks an absolute rollercoaster. Getting this over the finish line meant dealing with intense pressure, but the team stayed incredibly focused throughout it all. This historic achievement belongs entirely to the team. A huge 𝗧𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞 𝗬𝗢𝗨 to my amazing colleagues and Accenture as our implementation partner for mastering this complexity with dedication and great collaboration! Now we are excited for the upcoming Business Go-Live!
