Delighted to see our article published. My take on space law: One cannot regulate what one has not yet recognised; one cannot recognise what one has not yet named. Abstract: From a legal perspective, space law and governance is undergoing a significant transformation as relevant concepts, actors, regulatory approaches, and practices evolve and require rethinking in the "New Space" era. The proliferation of commercial actors, speed of technological innovation, business development and data-driven activities have introduced new opportunities and challenges, reshaping the legal landscape and understanding of normativity. This shift highlights the growing interplay between international, European, and national laws as well as public and private forms of normativity in defining rights, responsibilities, and governance structures for outer space.
