Interesting article - the current excitement around in vivo cell therapies feels both familiar and justified. Recent acquisitions of Kelonia, Capstan, Orbital, and EsoBiotec underscore the industry’s belief that directly programming cells in vivo could help overcome some of the logistical and manufacturing limitations of first-generation ex vivo approaches.
