Where my day job becomes the curriculum. Another semester, another great group of students! 🎓 My co-lecturer Matthias Wegele and I just closed out our 2026 Innovation Management course at OTH Regensburg with some truly impressive startup pitches. Over six months, we took our students on an experience journey: learning from existing scale-ups, through crafting their own value-driven ideas with working proofs of concept, all the way to polished startup presentations. Watching both the ideas and the students grow — that keeps fascinating me. A big thank you to this year's students — you showed up with an open mind and left with a real concept.
