This was my first Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and it reminded me that while the talks, awards and opportunities are incredible, it’s the people you experience it with who make it. Your crew – old and new. The ones who check in when you’re feeling overwhelmed, offer honest advice when you need perspective, provide a platform and opportunity, celebrate your wins as if they’re their own, and quietly have your back when you need it most. I’m leaving Cannes feeling blessed by the kindness, generosity and encouragement of the people around me.
