HR Leader with over a decade of experience in people strategy, talent acquisition, and human capital, partnering with business leaders to build high-performing teams and people-first organisations.

Last week, I had the privilege of travelling across Vietnam, Malaysia, and Indonesia to spend time with our teams at Acumen, Part of Sannam S4 Group in person. Regional visits like these are a powerful reminder that while strategy may be designed centrally, its true impact is shaped by the people who bring it to life every day. There is immense value in stepping away from dashboards and video calls to listen, learn, and engage directly with colleagues across our markets. The conversations throughout the week reinforced three leadership principles that continue to resonate with me: • Great organisations are built by listening before leading. • Sustainable growth is achieved when global priorities are balanced with local realities. • Culture is not defined by policies. It is strengthened through trust, consistency, and meaningful human connections. A sincere thank you to everyone across Acumen, Part of Sannam S4 Group, who took the time to share their perspectives, challenges, and ideas so openly. Your insights will play an important role in shaping how we continue to strengthen our people practices, support our regional teams, and build a high-performing organisation across markets. Since returning, I've been reflecting on these conversations and identifying opportunities to translate these insights into meaningful action across our teams.
