🚀 We're Hiring: Senior AI Engineer 📍 Location: Chennai 💼 Experience: 4–6 Years What You'll Do 🔹 Architect and design scalable AI systems and reference architectures. 🔹 Lead AI initiatives from rapid prototyping to production deployment. 🔹 Build and integrate GenAI, LLM, and AI-powered solutions into enterprise platforms. 🔹 Establish best practices for MLOps, model evaluation, observability, and CI/CD. 🔹 Mentor engineering teams on AI technologies, experimentation, and code quality. 🔹 Drive innovation through continuous exploration of emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks. 🔹 Champion responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance standards. What We're Looking For ✅ Strong experience in AI/ML engineering and solution architecture. ✅ Hands-on expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and modern AI frameworks. ✅ Experience working with LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Fine-tuning, and AI evaluation frameworks. ✅ Familiarity with tools such as Hugging Face, scikit-learn, spaCy, NLTK, Gensim, YOLO, FastAI, and Weights & Biases. ✅ Knowledge of MLOps practices, Docker, Kubernetes, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines. ✅ Experience with enterprise AI platforms like WatsonX is an added advantage. ✅ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
