Peter oosterwejek may be a victim but with my talk with him he might not be one of them. In fact he lyed about how the process of mind torture and voice to skull stating that the signal thing is coming from the room and that he has the tech to analyze it...furthermore he adviced a victim to think with images ....or that brain process may enable AI to learn, he is probably a scammer ...needs to be investigated...
