Real-time utility data solutions for global real estate portfolios

I sat down with Erwin Buckers (Chainels) and Filip Schmidt (Contrast Living) for De Steen, by Wouter Truffino. We talked about how property management is shifting from managing buildings to making them perform. From rent collection and complaint handling toward resident satisfaction, community, and data-driven operations. My angle: utility data isn't only about cost savings. Good data also makes a building more comfortable and more sustainable, and that shows up directly in the resident experience. Three different roles in the same chain, one shared belief: the best residential buildings are no longer judged on square meters, but on the quality of the experience inside them. The episode is in Dutch. Give it a listen: https://lnkd.in/edsnvYBe
