Who knew a grad school internship—complete with a fractured arm, a month-long vacation, lost corporate card at a club, and the occasional “what is Moe doing?” moment—would turn into an 11-year career… and now, Principal. Over the years I’ve entered receipts into QuickBooks, made Scott Zucker and Mark Foggin question their hiring decisions, and accidentally missed a few partner guaranteed payments. In between all of that, I’ve helped nonprofits define their direction, supported foundations launching new grantmaking initiatives, built a one-stop small business support center, strengthened public programs, and helped grow Public Works Partners into what it is today. Special thanks to Celeste Frye, AICP and Allison Quigney for 11 years of mentorship, friendship, patience, and overlooking a truly impressive number of rookie mistakes.
