Industry Led transformation of STEM & TVET Education | Process Automation | Environment Management | Community Engagement & Development
#TVET in Ghana won’t work in silos. It only works when policy makers + advocates + industry + academia + developmental partners sit at the same table and collaborate. This was evident in the month of June as my colleague Jean Jean Mpoyi Bukanga and i visited key stakeholders crucial to the transformation of skills training for the future of Ghana. We engaged Educators, Policymakers, EdTech Advocates , Students and Factories in different locations but with one common goal : “the urgent need to shift from qualification mindset to competency mindset ready to enhance entrepreneurship, creativity and economic growth” Together we agreed that the fix isn’t more classrooms, fancy infrastructure and agreat speech at big event but rather extensive collaboration and alignment on how to effectively teach and learn. My team and I pledge to “walk the talk” and contribute our quota to the urgent change needed in today’s #education. Our future leaders need us to act now!!! We have developed a solution for each industry and would love to hear from you via [email protected] Tag one industry leader + one educator who should see this 👇 Video Music credit: Nas - I Can 🙂 #TVETGhana #STEMEducation #Ghana #EdTech #Industry4Ghana #SkillsForJobs #CSR #students #factory #youthempowerment
