Make sure you rest. Don’t follow me on that part because it’s different for me Trust me on this It took years to be able to condition myself to this level of confidence and intellectual capacity Don’t force yourself And believe it or not when I know I have to stop my body actually starts shutting down I will sweat & shiver & get a fever & I will literally feel pain & my heart rate starts dropping so low you would think I’m almost dead & my eyes get swollen & the Temples get so bad & the headache intensifies to the point where I can’t even see & I don’t get hungry & it’s pretty bad So on those days I just rest up like don’t do anything else but rest until I sleep extra well & then all good Yeah it’s like going into some cardiac arrest but I’ve experienced it both ways So when my body shuts down the heart rate just drops where I can barely feel a pulse & with covid I was having a heart attack and my heart rate at rest was 150 and going higher and higher and higher to the point where I couldn’t even breathe and you could hear it and see it pounding but that IV they gave me slowed it down ASAP actually pretty immediate I don’t remember what it was it was something in the initial ICU room and I doubt they even logged it because this F^N doctor was giving me such an attitude after the other nasty creature made me march nearly to death and I’m so mad at myself for even listening because how stupid can you be to ask a dying patient to MARCH and I realized it was mockery way too late United States Marine Corps But anyhow the IV helped but I think it causes pulmonary edema but that needs to be double checked because they might just say that to let more people die without actual facts and thorough research Also poison did that to me too & after my last C Section when I was at risk of hemorrhage I got an IV actually that went on all night long and it helped a lot and even though it was still bad at least I didn’t hemorrhage and I think it sounded like they said oxytocin? I don’t remember but it was definitely an IV however what could have killed me faster was that a random nurse did not put the machine thing around my legs & if that does not press on your legs you get clots very quickly & that will kill you & it was actually Juvy that walked it to the room & saw that I was so drowsy & losing so much blood I didn’t even realize the nurse left it on the floor & Juvy was like WHAT THE F^K & She put it on me IMMEDIATELY & luckily it wasn’t too many hours I think only 1 hour had passed but I felt a weird pain & sensation in my legs for years & the haldol made it WORSE like so much worse & it was the same identical pain American Medical Association UJA-Federation of New York Weill Cornell Graduate School of Medical Sciences Anyhow after years of medical injuries I realized many of these creatures were part a cult of evil & just nasty people but not all & these were usually the temporary nurses or temp doctors The White House
