The Power of Moments… As I was walking through the Orlando airport, Oregon SHRM State Director Stephanie Trexler, SHRM-SCP comes up to say hello as we boarded the tram. As I walked away - I immediately thought about Oprah’s message at #SHRM26 - “people remember how you make them feel”… this might seem small, but the smalls are what make the bigs in life.
