Last week I had the pleasure of speaking at Singtel to share about how we are building an AI-native company at Aspire. I shared the stage with Zixuan Li, Head of Z.Ai, Ivan Tung (who is only 21 and already leading professional AI deployment teams!), and William Liu, Singtel's Chief AI Influencer. We each walked through what we're running inside our own companies — and although we all came from very different backgrounds it was really cool to see how much of a shared worldview the four of us had on where AI is heading. The pace of change isn't slowing. If anything, the gap between teams that have internalised this and teams that haven't is widening .
