Program Manager, Web Marketing & AI Enablement at Gusto | Championing AI adoption across marketing orgs

You're in a meeting. Someone asks if anyone has questions about AI. You have one. But nobody else is raising their hand, so you let it go. You'll look it up later. You don't look it up later. 😬 I built Ask Anything AI for Gusto's Marketing team to fix this. Anyone can submit an AI question through a Form — anonymously. An agent in Gumloop picks it up, routes it, and answers it from a self-updating Notion knowledge base. The response posts to a dedicated Slack channel so the whole team learns from it, including the people who had the same question and stayed quiet. A separate Gumloop agent runs in the background: it reads the channel, spots what topics are trending, and refreshes the knowledge base so the answers stay current. Another agent also sends a summary with an easy-to-read dashboard to leadership so they can see where the gaps or hot topics are. We're all figuring this out. Might as well do it together.
