Monday morning, police arrested someone they believed to be a 46-year-old man on four counts of felony identity theft. A 50-year-old man called police and said someone had been using his name and information in Campbell County, Police Capt. Eric Vos said. The man said his employers told him his wages had been garnished, leading him to find that the 46-year-old suspect had been using his identity and personal information, including his social security number and date of birth, at MC Welding for the past three years. Police and detectives found the suspect and spoke with him, and they arrested him shortly after on the four felony charges. Police declined to release the man’s name at this time. https://lnkd.in/ewm84e79
