In these times of rapid transformation and uncertainty, I was deeply uplifted by Pope Leo’s encyclical. With deep understanding, he provides a hopeful opportunity, one where we come together as a global community with a “plurality of voices and visions,” even calling for stakeholder engagement (!).    If the full read is too much for you, much shorter is the reflection from my mentors and friends: Séamus Finn and Susan Francois, CSJP.  In the ever-changing world, with rapid technological advances and hopes of AI, we have a responsibility, a duty to protect…. And a calling. Let it be so.
