I just could not be any prouder of my team yesterday ❤️ Whatever they do for Lanes HR, they do it with 100% enthusiasm, energy and commitment. They never grumble, never shy away from a challenge and always throw themselves into everything we do. For that, I am truly grateful to have such an incredible team around me. If you're wondering what on earth we were doing with ducks in an HR pitch... it was all about helping employers get their ducks in a row 🦆 🦆 🦆 🧀 A little cheesy? Possibly! 🤔 Memorable? Absolutely! And the fact that Harley Kneafsey spent almost FIVE HOURS in a giant duck costume is testament to her commitment to making sure Lanes HR stays firmly in people's minds. Although I should probably apologise to the various exhibition stands that suffered at the hands (or should that be tail feathers?) of her rather enthusiastic waddling and sizeable duck butt 🤣 Yesterday reminded me of something I have always believed: businesses are built by people 🧒 👱‍♂️ 👩‍🦰 👨‍🦳 🧓 👩 👩‍🦳 🧔 You can have the best strategy, the best products and the best plans in the world, but without the right people around you, none of it means very much. I am incredibly lucky to work alongside a team who genuinely care, who go above and beyond, and who represent everything that Lanes HR stands for. I honestly couldn't imagine anyone else taking their place 🫶
