✝️✡️ *HISTORIC RESTORATION: 108 Years Later, Jewish-American Heroes Honored with Stars of David* Kiddush Hashem in France. After more than a century resting beneath Latin Crosses, Jewish-American soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice during WWI have finally received their rightful headstones at the Meuse–Argonne American Cemetery. Through the dedicated work of *Operation Benjamin*, an organization that identifies Jewish servicemen mistakenly buried under Latin Crosses to restore their rightful identities, these heroes have had their true neshamot, faith, and legacies honored. The deeply moving ceremony brought together a distinguished delegation, including U.S. Ambassador to France Charles Kushner, former Israeli Ambassador to the United States Michael Oren, CNN commentator Scott Jennings, and Operation Benjamin founder Shalom Lamm, alongside Rabbi Dr. Meir Soloveichik and Rabbi Dr. Jacob J. Schacter. The Honorable Charles Kushner, U.S. Ambassador to France, recited the words of Kaddish as an affirmation that memory endures and that no soul is forgotten.
