Story time: There’s a special place in my heart for this Role we’re hiring for… (founders will relate) Aura is our baby. Goes without saying. We’ve poured our hearts and souls into getting our baby ready for the real world… and it has achieved some amazing things in a very short time. Now, after multiple global awards, several privacy & cybersecurity certifications, and more than $1.25M in ARR in less than 18 months after our GA release, my CoFounders and I are ready to pass the torch and bring on an amazing Sales Director as part of our Executive team. This person will become the new executive figure and thought leader for our GTM efforts in LATAM - and will also continue to build our Sales team as we accelerate our path towards becoming an industry leader across Mexico and Latin America. I can’t understate how much I’ve enjoyed leading Aura’s sales efforts alongside my amazing cofounders and our outstanding sales team. I’ve truly understood what “founder-led sales” means - and why it’s so important at this stage. Every discovery session, every sales call, every contract negotiated (especially the ones we don’t win) have helped us gain an incredibly deep understanding on how to drive REAL (measurable) and disruptive value for our clients.
