Transparency matters. As of June 1, 2026, it has been 54 days since Orange County launched the Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Certification Portal. During that time: ✔️ 198 applications have been received ✔️ 66 firms have been certified ✔️ 18 applications are currently under review ✔️ 114 applications are in progress awaiting completion by applicants Our team has maintained a 97% approval rate while averaging 1.74 completed reviews per business day. We appreciate the businesses, community partners, and stakeholders who have engaged with the program and provided valuable feedback throughout implementation.
